生成模型(图像/视频/语音)的**权威目录**是公开端点,无需凭证即可查询;构建模型白名单、参数 UI 与容量预估都应以运行时目录为准。

关键语义:

- `catalogVersion` / `updatedAt` 支持对账;请求携带 `If-None-Match` 命中时返回 `304`。
- 模型 id 命名规则 `<vendor>-<model>-<checkpoint 族>-<精度>_<任务>[_档位]`,详见[模型指南](https://docs.reelway.ai/models/index.md)。
- `mediaType`: `image | video | audio`;`network` 参数过滤 `fast | relaxed` 可用集。
